How does the SDK licensing access work?
We offer a flexible tiered model. The SDK is provided free of charge for initial orders of 5,000+ units. For smaller startup orders, a paid license is required, but this fee is 100% refundable (as credit) once your cumulative volume reaches 15,000 units.
Can I customize the App with my own brand?
For a fully branded experience: We recommend using our Open SDK to build your own custom app. This gives you 100% control over the UI, branding, and features. For immediate launch: You can use our Standard Companion App. It requires zero development and is ready to use out-of-the-box, though it retains our standard naming and interface.
What is the MOQ for customization?
For all customization services, including laser engraving, custom packaging, or specific material combinations, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 3,000 units. This standard ensures we can maintain optimal production efficiency and quality consistency for your project.
Do you provide Industrial Design (ID) and custom packaging services?
Yes. We have an in-house industrial design team that can assist you from concept sketches to 3D rendering for the ring itself. We also offer fully customizable packaging solutions, including structural design and graphic printing, to ensure your product stands out on the shelf.
Can I customize the design of the charging case?
Absolutely. You can choose to laser engrave your logo on our standard charging cases for a quick launch. For deeper customization, we can develop a private mold to create a unique charging case shape, battery capacity, or material finish exclusive to your brand.
